Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Understand and assess client HVAC requirements accurately.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored technical-commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Passion for HVAC systems and engineering solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target driven.
  • Valid Indian driving license.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HVAC sales or technical sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Knowledge in GCC and Indian construction or real estate industry.
  • Basic skills in proposal creation or technical drawing review.
