We are looking for a skilled and committed HVAC Technician to join our on-site technical services team at MOLTEN. As a technician, you will play a vital role in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems across our project sites in the UAE, ensuring all work is performed with quality, safety, and client satisfaction in mind.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot effectively, follow instructions, and deliver reliable performance in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, punctual, and takes pride in technical excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and related components.
- Conduct system testing, performance checks, and diagnostics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation for work completion and service reports.
- Coordinate with the Dubai technical team and site supervisors.
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in HVAC work.
- Knowledge of ventilation, ducting, and split/VRF system installation.
- Ability to work at different construction and fit-out sites.
- Basic English for communication and reporting.
- ITI, diploma or any certification in HVAC
Nice to have
- UAE experience in MEP or HVAC projects.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Experience with client handling and team coordination.
