As a T&C / TAB Technician, you will be responsible for testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems, as well as supporting the commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure systems are operating at peak performance and in line with industry standards.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with contractors and clients. To be successful, you should have hands-on experience with HVAC balancing instruments, commissioning procedures, and problem-solving in dynamic project environments
Responsibilities

Perform Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems.

Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Operate and maintain balancing instruments & measurement tools.
- Prepare site reports and documentation.
- Ensure system performance meets design standards.
Must Have
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC.
- 2+ years of TAB/T&C field experience.
- Ability to read drawings and technical manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content.
- Additional languages.
- Certification in HVAC Testing & Balancing.
- Basic computer/reporting skills (MS Office).
