We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and internal communication, working closely with our Dubai office in a hybrid and flexible work setup.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintaining candidate records and updating recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinating joining formalities and basic documentation.
  • Supporting day-to-day HR coordination and follow-ups.

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Hindi & English communication mandatory
  • Must be on Spouse Visa or Own Visa
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR documentation and reporting
  • Familiarity with HR systems or ERP tools
  • Good Excel and computer skills
  • Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
