Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and local building codes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to have
- Experience in energy-efficient and green building design (LEED, BREEAM, etc.)
- Knowledge of CFD analysis and advanced simulation tools
- Proficiency in additional software such as SolidWorks or BIM tools
- Strong project management and client communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Perform load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers during project execution
